200 ml ketchup
A few drops of Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons apple juice
Some Worcestershire sauce
10-15 ml balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, shredded or sliced finely with a knife
2 drops of sesame oil
25 ml soy sauce
Mix all materials in a sauce pan or pot. Arrange the heat to low. Keep it at oven until you smell the beautiful burnt scent of the barbecue sauce or you think that its consistency is enough by stirring it time to time. Turn off the heat and let it cool after putting it to the storage container by leaving its cover not shut.
