Modern Melon Seeds ‘Subye’ Sherbet
250 gr melon seeds, dried
120 gr sugar
500 ml water
2 Co2 bulbs
Grind to melon seed with 20 gr sugar and pour into bowl. Add water and whisk. Add 100 gr sugar and whisk well. Strain.
Fill into cream syphon. Use 2 Co2 Soda bulbs and shake it.
Fill to glass with mint leaves, melon balls, ice cubes and your cocktail. And serve it.
